What time can I check in?

Check-in is from 4pm. Keys are kept in a key safe, with the access code provided upon receipt of payment.

What time must I check out?

Check-out must be no later than 10am please.

Can I bring my dog?

Sorry, no pets are permitted. We have our own so regrettably cannot allow guests to bring dogs, cats or any other pets to the property.

Can I smoke in the property?

No smoking is permitted anywhere in the property or outside.

How many people can stay in the cottage?

No more than 6 guests are permitted to stay in the property, under any circumstances.

Are children welcome?

Children are welcome but please note they should be supervised at all times in the external areas since there are trip and fall hazards. A high chair can be provided on request.

What if I accidently break something during my stay?

All damage must be paid for. An honesty box is provided for minor breakages.

What is your cancellation policy?

• Full refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the booking being made, if the check-in date is more than 14 days away.

• 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.

• No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

These cancellation conditions may be waived in the event of Covid travel restrictions or Covid-related illness/isolation.
